Ingredients
16 1/2 oz Cherries, sweet, canned, water pack, solids and liquids Cooking spray 2 2/3 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added nonfat milk solids and vitamin A 3/4 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, bleached 1/2 cup Sugars, granulated 2 tsp Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp Salt, table 1 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1 large Egg, white, raw, fresh 1/4 cup Sugars, granulated 1 tbls Sugars, powdered 2 2/3 cup Frozen desserts, yogurt, vanilla, soft-serve
Directions
1. Preheat oven at 375F. Place cherries in an 8" square baking dish or deep-dish quiche dish coated with cooking spray and set aside.
2. Combine the milk and next 6 ingredients; stir well with a wire whisk. Pour over the cherries and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
3. Bake for 1 hour and 55 minutes or until set. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with the frozen yogurt.
