Rhubarb Streusel Pie

Ingredients
2 tbls Butter, with salt Diet
1/2 cup Biscuits, plain or buttermilk, dry mix 1/4 cup Sugars, brown 1/4 cup Nuts, almonds 16 oz Rhubarb, raw 3/4 cup Milk, fluid, 3.25% milkfat Diet
2 med Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1 cup Sugars, brown 1/2 cup Biscuits, plain or buttermilk, dry mix 2 tbls Butter, with salt Diet
1 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp Spices, nutmeg, ground 1 cup Cream, fluid, heavy whipping Diet
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375º F. Grease a 9" pie plate.
2. Using a pastry blender, cut butter into biscuit mix and brown sugar until crumbly; stir in nuts and reserve.
3. Arrange rhubarb evenly in the plate. Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth. Pour into the plate and sprinkle evenly with streusel topping.
4. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
