1. Heat oven to 375ยบ F. Grease a 9" pie plate.
2. Using a pastry blender, cut butter into biscuit mix and brown sugar until crumbly; stir in nuts and reserve.
3. Arrange rhubarb evenly in the plate. Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth. Pour into the plate and sprinkle evenly with streusel topping.
4. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
