Almond Muffins with Orange Icing

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup Biscuits, plain or buttermilk, dry mix 12 oz Milk, canned, evaporated, with added vitamin A 1 cup Sugars, granulated 1/3 cup Oil, vegetable corn, salad or cooking 1 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh 3 1/3 oz Nuts, almonds 1 cup Sugars, powdered 1 tbls Orange juice, raw
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 3750 F. Grease or paper-line 18 muffin cups.
2. Combine baking mix, evaporated milk, granulated sugar, vegetable oil and egg in large mixer bowl. Beat on high speed for 30 seconds or until blended.
3. Fold in 3/4 of the almonds. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 2 /3 full.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove to wire racks to cool.
5. Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar and orange juice in small bowl. Spread over each cooled muffin. Sprinkle with remaining almonds and serve.
