Ingredients
1/4 cup Carrots, raw 1/4 cup Celery, raw 1/4 cup Squash, winter, all varieties, raw 1/4 cup Squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw 1/4 cup Broccoli, raw 1/4 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 tbls Vegetable oil, soybean lecithin 3 clove Garlic, raw 1/4 tsp Salt, table 1/4 tsp Spices, pepper, black 1 pinch Peppers, hot chili, red, raw 1/4 tsp Spices, basil, ground 1/4 tsp Spices, oregano, ground 1/4 cup Alcoholic beverage, wine, table, white 1 tbls Parsley, raw 3 tbls Lemon juice, raw
Directions
1. Cut the carrots, celery, squash, zucchini, broccoli, and cauliflower into bite size pieces.
2. Heat oil in a skillet at medium-high heat.
3. Add the vegetables and stir to coat with oil. add garlic, salt, peppers, basil, and oregano. Simmer for 1 minute.
4. Add wine and simmer for 2 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked al dente.
5. Add parsley and lemon juice. Serve.
