Ingredients
1 cup Carrots, raw 1 med Potato, flesh and skin, raw 1 cup Beans, snap, green, raw 2 tbls Soy sauce made from hydrolyzed vegetable protein 1 tbls Alcoholic beverage, wine, dessert, dry 2 tsp Sugars, granulated 2 tsp Oil, sesame, salad or cooking 1/8 tsp Salt, table
Directions
1. In a large steamer, bring water to a boil.
2. Meanwhile, peel and slice carrots. Peel and cube potatoes.
3. Arrange the first 3 ingredients in the steamer.
4. Cover and steam 15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
5. Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients in a large saucepan. Place over medium-heat until hot.
6. Add vegetable mixture. Sauti 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve.
