Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Mix 2 cups baking mix, whipping cream, and sugar together until a soft dough forms. Shape into ball. Pat dough into an ungreased 12" pizza pan. Spread apples over dough.
3. Mix 1/4 cup baking mix, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon together until crumbly; sprinkle over apples. Cover edge with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning.
4. Bake for 5 minutes and remove foil. Bake 10 minutes longer, or until edge is deep golden brown. Let cool and serve.
