Marinated Turkey Breast

Ingredients
| 4 lb | Turkey, all classes, breast, meat and skin, raw |
| 14 1/2 oz | Soup, chicken broth, canned, prepared with equal volume water, commercial |
| 1 tsp | Spices, rosemary, dried |
| 1 tsp | Spices, thyme, ground |
| 1/8 tsp | Spices, pepper, black |
Directions
1. Rinse turkey with cold water and pat dry.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a large, deep, non-metallic dish.
3. Add turkey and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning turkey occasionally.
4. Remove turkey from marinade. Place meat-side up on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of meat, not touching the bone.
5. Roast at 350 Fahrenheit for 2 hours or until thermometer reads 170 Fahrenheit, basting occasionally with marinade. begin checking doneness after 1 1/2 hours roasting time. allow turkey to stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve.
6. Suggested to serve with stuffing and vegetables.
