Tuna Cakes with Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

| 1/8 tsp | Spices, pepper, white |
| 1 dash | Spices, pepper, red or cayenne |
| 1/3 cup | Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain |
| 1 tsp | Spices, dill weed, dried |
| 9 1/2 oz | Finfish, tuna, light, canned in water, drained solids |
| 1 large | Egg, white, raw, fresh |
| 6 tsp | Salad dressing, mayonnaise, soybean and safflower oil, with salt Diet

Directions
1. Coat a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium-high heat until hot.
2. add celery and onion. Sauti until tender. Remove from skillet and place in a medium bowl.
3. add cream cheese and next 3 ingredients. Stir well.
4. add breadcrumbs and next 3 ingredients. Stir well. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a 2 -1/2" cake.
5. Coat skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add 4 cakes and cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove cakes from skillet. Set aside and keep warm. Repeat procedure with remaining cakes. Serve with tartar sauce.
