Directions

1. Cut turkey into steaks across the grain and pound gently until flattened.
2. Dredge turkey, first into flour then egg and bread crumbs.
3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook turkey until outside is a light golden color.
4. Add butter to the skillet and continue cooking turkey on low-heat until tender and done. Serve immediately.
