Orange Gelatin Mousse

Ingredients
| 3 oz | Orange juice, frozen concentrate, unsweetened, undiluted -- thawed, undiluted |
| 3 oz | Desserts, gelatins, dry mix |
| 3 large | Egg, white, raw, fresh |
| 1/4 cup | Sugars, granulated |
Directions
1. Mix together the water and orange juice concentrate in a saucepan.
2. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture. Let it stand for 1 minute.
3. Cook over low heat until the gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from the heat. Add the lemon juice. Pour mixture into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. In a large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. add sugar a little at a time and beat mixture on high until stiff peaks form.
6. Remove the gelatin mixture from the refrigerator.
7. Slowly and gently stir in the egg white mixture, a little at a time. When well blended, spoon the mixture into 8 dessert cups.
8. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
