Steamed Bok Choy

Ingredients
| 1 lb | Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw -- baby |
| 1 pinch | Spices, pepper, white |
Directions
1. Bring water to a boil in a steamer.
2. Steam the baby bok choy on a platform of the steamer over high heat for 2 minutes.
3. Dust with the salt and white pepper. Steam for another 2 minutes.
4. Cut bok choy in half lengthwise, then in half crosswise, separating the stem from the leaves.
5. Steam the stem half for 2 minutes, then add the leaves and steam for 2 more minutes.
6. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and serve.
