Stuffed Cabbage with Bulgur

Ingredients
1 small Cabbage, raw 1 cup Parsley, raw 2 med Onions, raw 4 stalk Celery, raw 1/4 tsp Spices, marjoram, dried 1/2 tsp Garlic, raw 2 tbls Oil, vegetable corn, salad or cooking 30 oz Tomato products, canned, sauce 2 cup Bulgur, dry 8 oz Tomato products, canned, sauce 1/2 cup Water
Directions
1. Remove core from cabbage. Place cabbage head in steamer. Steam until all leaves are soft and separate easily.
2. Sauti parsley, onions, celery, seasoning, and garlic in oil until onions are soft.
3. add 30 oz tomato sauce, 4 cups water, and bulgur. Cook about 30 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bulgur is tender. Remove from heat.
4. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
5. Stuff cabbage leaves by placing a spoonful of mixture in center of each leaf. Starting at one side, roll leaf up and fold ends under.
6. Place in a deep baking pan. Mix the 8 oz can of tomato sauce with 1/2 cup water. Pour over stuffed cabbage leaves so they remain moist during baking.
7. bake for about 30 minutes until cabbage is hot. Serve.
