Ingredients

  • 2 cupChicken, broilers or fryers, breast, meat only, cooked, roasted
  • 1 1/2 cupBlueberries, raw
  • 1 cupCelery, raw
  • 1 cupGrapes, american type (slip skin), raw
  • 1/2 cupNuts, almonds
  • 3 smallMelons, cantaloupe, raw
  •  
  • 1/2 cupSalad dressing, KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
  • 1/4 cupCream, sour, cultured
    Diet

  • 1 tblsLemon juice, raw
  • 1 1/2 tspLemon peel, raw
  • 1 1/2 tspSugars, granulated
  • 1/2 tspSpices, ginger, ground
  • 1/4 tspSalt, table

Directions

1. Cook chicken cubes until lightly browned.

2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, blueberries, celery, grapes and almonds.

3. In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients.

4. Pour over the chicken mixture and toss gently. Spoon into cantaloupe halves.
