Ingredients
6 med Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 tbls Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 small Onions, raw 2 cup Spinach, raw 2 tsp Spices, basil, ground 1/2 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1 med Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1/2 lb Cheese, feta 1 pinch Salt, table 1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
2. Cut tomato tops and core.
3. In a saucepan, heat oil and saute onion until translucent.
4. In a bowl, combine the sauteed onions with remaining ingredients.
5. Stuff filling into tomatoes. bake for 15 minutes and serve.
