Glazed Orange Pork

Ingredients
Cooking spray 1 1/2 lb Pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw 1/4 cup Honey, strained or extracted 1 1/2 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Ginger root, raw 1 tsp Orange peel, raw 1/4 tsp Salt, table 1/8 tsp Spices, pepper, black 1 tsp Cornstarch 1/4 cup Orange juice, raw 3 med Oranges, raw, Florida
Directions
1. Trim fat from pork. Place pork on a rack coated with cooking spray. Pour 1 cup water into a shallow roasting pan; place rack in pan.
2. Combine honey and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl, and brush over pork. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of pork.
3. bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160 Fahrenheit. Remove pork from rack. Set aside and keep warm.
4. Place cornstarch in a small saucepan. Gradually add orange juice, blending with a wire whisk. Pour roasting pan drippings into pan. Bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute.
5. Remove from heat, and gently stir in orange sections. Cut pork into 1/2" thick slices. Pour orange mixture over pork. Serve.
