Ingredients
2 tbls Margarine, regular, unspecified oils, with salt added 1 large Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic, raw 3 cup Chicken, broilers or fryers, light meat, meat only, cooked, stewed 1/2 tsp Spices, cumin seed 20 oz Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies 15 oz Beans, great northern, mature seeds, canned
Directions
1. Melt margarine in dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook onion and garlic in margarine, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot. Top each serving with sour cream, if desired.
