Ingredients
2 tbls Lime juice, raw 1 tbls Orange juice, raw 1 tbls Oil, olive, salad or cooking 2 tbls Cilantro 2 tsp Sugars, granulated 1 med Yambean (jicama), raw 1 small Squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw 1 small Oranges, raw, Florida 1/4 small Onions, raw
Directions
1. Combine dressing ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.
3. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.
