Pasta and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
1 lb Macaroni, dry, enriched 16 oz Crustaceans, shrimp, mixed species, raw 6 med Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw 3 small Squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw 10 whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 tbls Spices, marjoram, dried 1 tbls Garlic, raw 1 dash Spices, pepper, black 1/2 oz Cheese, romano 1/4 cup Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1/3 cup Vinegar, cider 2 cup Lettuce, looseleaf, raw
Directions
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for about 5 minutes or until tender. add the shrimp about 4 minutes after the pasta. Drain all.
2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, shrimp, scallions, zucchini, and tomatoes.
3. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic, pepper, and cheese. Mix well.
4. Drizzle the olive oil and vinegar on top and toss well. Refrigerate until chilled. Line a bowl with the lettuce leaves and spoon the mixture into the bowl. Serve.
