Herbed Stuffing

Ingredients
1 tbls Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1 cup Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic, raw 1/4 tsp Spices, sage, ground 1/4 tsp Spices, thyme, ground 1/2 cup Cranberry juice cocktail, bottled 1/2 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, prepared with equal volume water, commercial 4 tbls Oil, olive, salad or cooking 24 oz Bread stuffing, bread, dry mix
Directions
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil, garlic and onions. Saute until soft and translucent.
2. Add the sage and thyme and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
3. Add the cranberry juice and chicken stock to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to low.
4. Add the olive oil and stuffing croutons. Using a large spoon thoroughly mix the stuffing.
5. Transfer the stuffing to a lightly oiled casserole dish. Bake the stuffing for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover the casserole for moist stuffing or leave uncovered for a crispier top. Let cool and serve.
