Ingredients

  • 2 lbCarrots, raw
  • 10 ozSoup, tomato, canned, condensed, commercial
  • 1 cupSugars, granulated
  • 1/2 cupOil, olive, salad or cooking
  • 1/2 cupVinegar, cider
  • 1 tblsMustard, prepared, yellow
  • 1 tblsSauce, KRAFT Barbecue Sauce Original
  • 1 medPeppers, sweet, green, raw
  • 1 medOnions, raw

Directions

1. Peel and cut carrots into 1-inch slices. Steam in a pot until soft.

2. In a saucepan combine the remaining ingredients. bring to a boil and cook on medium heat about 5 minutes.

3. Chill, stirring occasionally. add carrots to sauce and refrigerate in a tightly covered container for 1 hour. Serve cold.
