Ingredients
5 cup Soup, tomato vegetable, dehydrated, prepared with water 1 cup Tomato juice, canned, with salt added 1 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 cup Carrots, raw 1 cup Beans, snap, green, raw 1 cup Onions, raw 1 cup Squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw 1 cup Leeks, (bulb and lower leaf-portion), raw 2 cup Potato, flesh and skin, raw 1/2 tbls Spices, poultry seasoning 2 tsp Salt, table
Directions
1. Bring water and tomato juice to a boil in a soup kettle.
2. Add all remaining ingredients. Turn heat down to a simmer and partially cover the pot.
3. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
