Ingredients
1 large Onions, raw 1/2 cup Soup, vegetarian vegetable, canned, prepared with equal volume water, commercial 2 med Squash, winter, all varieties, raw 2 med Squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw 2 med Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 dash Basil, fresh 1 dash Spices, oregano, ground 1 dash Spices, pepper, black 1 dash Salt, table
Directions
1. Saute onion in stock until almost clear.
2. Add sliced squash and zucchini.
3. When almost done, add tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Stir and saute until tomatoes are heated. Serve.
