Parmesan Potato Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupPotatoes, mashed, dehydrated, prepared from granules with milk, water and margarine added
  • 2 ozEgg substitute, liquid
  • 1 tspSpices, onion powder
  • 1/2 tspSpices, poultry seasoning
  • 2 largeEgg, white, raw, fresh
  • 1 tblsCheese, parmesan, hard

Directions

1. Mix together the potatoes, egg substitute, onion powder, and mixed seasoning. Set aside.

2. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.

3. Stir 1/4 of the beaten egg whites into the potatoes to lighten the mixture.

4. Then fold the potatoes into the remaining beaten egg whites.

5. Turn into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

6. Bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, or until puffed and set. Serve immediately.
