Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Squash, winter, all varieties, raw 1 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1/2 cup Cranberries, raw 1/2 tsp Salt, table 1 dash Spices, pepper, black 1 tbls Margarine, regular, unspecified oils, with salt added 1 dash Spices, nutmeg, ground
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit.
2. Thaw winter squash if frozen. Combine with egg.
3. Stir in cranberries, salt, and pepper.
4. Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
5. Drizzle melted margarine over top. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Serve.
