Roquefort and Cream Cheese Mold

Ingredients
1 package Desserts, gelatins, dry mix 1/4 cup Water 5 oz Cheese, roquefort 5 oz Cheese, cream Diet
1/2 cup Cream, fluid, light whipping Diet
4 med Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw 2 tbls Nuts, pine nuts, pignolia, dried 8 large Olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large) 1 dash Salt, table Cooking spray
Directions
1. Sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand.
2. Push Roquefort cheese through a strainer. Add cream cheese and cream to Roquefort cheese. Mix well.
3. Add gelatin, scallions, pine nuts, olives, and salt to cheese mixture. Mix well.
4. Spray a ring mold with cooking spray and pour mixture into the mold. Chill, gently stirring occasionally until set. Suggested to serve with crackers.
