Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 lb Mushrooms, raw 3/4 cup Potatoes, mashed, dehydrated, prepared from granules with milk, water and margarine added 1/4 cup Cheese, cottage, lowfat, 1% milkfat Cooking spray
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
2. Wash mushrooms, carefully removing stems. Set aside tops.
3. Chop stems. Combine chopped stems with mashed potatoes, cheese, and water. Spoon onto mushroom tops.
4. Grease bottom of jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
5. Arrange mushrooms on pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes and serve.
