Ingredients
1 med Pie crust, standard-type, frozen, ready-to-bake, baked 3 med Egg, whole, raw, fresh 3 tbls Milk, fluid, 3.25% milkfat Diet
1 1/4 cup Sugars, granulated 1/4 cup Wheat flour, whole-grain 3 cup Rhubarb, raw 1 cup Strawberries, raw
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
2. Beat the eggs, add the milk. Stir in the sugar and flour; add the rhubarb and strawberries.
3. Pour into the pie shell and bake for about 60 minutes, or until custard is firm.
