Potato Crisps with Caviar

Ingredients
2 lb Potato, flesh and skin, raw 1/4 cup Chives, raw 1/4 cup Parsley, raw 1 dash Salt, table 1 dash Spices, pepper, black 1/4 cup Oil, vegetable, sunflower, linoleic (less than 60%) 1/2 cup Cream, sour, cultured Diet
2 oz Finfish, caviar, black and red, granular 1/4 cup Chives, raw
Directions
1. Grate potatoes with a grater or food processor and place in a bowl. Add chives, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. In a large skillet, heat oil on high heat.
3. For each crisp, drop about 1 tbsp of potato mixture into oil and flatten. Fry on one side until crisp, about 2 minutes. Repeat on second side. Drain on paper towels. Repeat until all of the mixture is used up.
4. Garnish with sour cream, caviar, and a pinch of chives. Serve.
