Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Cookies, graham crackers, plain or honey (includes cinnamon) 1 1/2 cup Cream, sour, cultured Diet
1/3 cup Sugars, brown 1/2 cup Sugars, granulated 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1/4 cup Butter, without salt Diet
1 lb Cheese, cream Diet
1/2 cup Candies, semisweet chocolate Diet
3/4 cup Sugars, granulated 5 med Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
2. Thoroughly mix and blend the crumbs, brown sugar, and butter by hand. Press on the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Set aside.
3. Cream the cheese thoroughly. Gradually beat in the 1/2 cup sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add the first measure of vanilla extract.
4. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake until set about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven. Increase the oven temperature to 500F degrees.
5. Mix the sour cream, the 3/4 cup sugar, and the second measure of the vanilla extract. Spread over the cake. Bake for 5 minutes.cool. Chill thoroughly. Remove the rim of the pan.
6. Sprinkle the shaved chocolate around the edge of the cake.
