Spicy Green Tomatoes

Ingredients
1/2 cup Cornmeal, degermed, enriched, yellow 1/2 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 1 tsp Spices, paprika 1/8 tsp Salt, table 1/2 tsp Spices, pepper, black 1 dash Spices, pepper, red or cayenne 1 large Egg, white, raw, fresh 2 tbls Water 4 large Tomatoes, green, raw 2 tbls Cheese, parmesan, hard Diet
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450 Fahrenheit.
2. In a shallow dish, combine the first 6 ingredients. Set aside.
3. Lightly coat a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray and set aside.
4. Beat egg white with water.
5. Dip each tomato slice into egg white/water mixture. Then, dredge in cornmeal mixture to coat.
6. Place slices in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet. Spray tops of slices with vegetable cooking spray.
7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking. Serve immediately.
