Ingredients
2 cup Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, meat only, cooked, roasted 1 1/2 cup Blueberries, raw 1 cup Celery, raw 1 cup Grapes, american type (slip skin), raw 1/2 cup Nuts, almonds 3 small Melons, cantaloupe, raw 1/2 cup Salad dressing, KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing 1/4 cup Cream, sour, cultured Diet
1 tbls Lemon juice, raw 1 1/2 tsp Lemon peel, raw 1 1/2 tsp Sugars, granulated 1/2 tsp Spices, ginger, ground 1/4 tsp Salt, table
Directions
1. Cook chicken cubes until lightly browned.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, blueberries, celery, grapes and almonds.
3. In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
4. Pour over the chicken mixture and toss gently. Spoon into cantaloupe halves.
