Stuffed Squash with Wild Rice

Ingredients
2 med Squash, winter, acorn, raw 1/2 cup Wild rice, raw 1 tsp Orange peel, raw 1/4 cup Nuts, walnuts, black, dried 1 tbls Orange juice, frozen concentrate, unsweetened, undiluted
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cut the squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients and fill the squash with the mixture.
4. Place stuffed squash in a baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil or a lid. Bake for about 35 minutes, or until the squash is fork-tender and serve.
